We work with UK clients remotely by default. When it helps to go deep in the room, we can host a structured, in-person working session at our London base, not a walk-in front desk, but a pre-arranged block of time in a professional environment suited to scoping, design reviews, and stakeholder sessions.

Four-hour in-person working sessions

For qualified projects we can book a single block of up to four hours (including a short break) with the people who will actually deliver the work. This is paid time: it covers preparation, travel and room use where applicable, and senior attention on site, not a free “chemistry” chat.

We ask for a meeting deposit to confirm a date. The deposit is applied toward your first invoice if you proceed; if you do not, treatment of the balance is as set out in the written confirmation for that date: a fair way to protect calendar when a half-day is reserved.

How to book

  1. Email hello@northbrik.com with a short context (organisation, what you are trying to ship, and who would attend).
  2. We reply with whether in-person is the right next step, a proposed date, and the deposit amount for that block.
  3. After the deposit is received and the slot is held, you get a written confirmation. Reschedule rules are in that note.

Pay the meeting deposit

After we have agreed a date, you can pay the £200 holding deposit by card. You will get a Stripe receipt. We will confirm the slot by email.
