Most hosting providers check if the box is up and close the ticket. We are software engineers: when a deploy fails or a query starts timing out, we know where to look, because we wrote the code.

- No. We provision and manage a VPS environment on your behalf using carefully selected global infrastructure providers. The environment is dedicated to your site, fully configured and secured by us, located in the EU. The cost is included in your monthly plan. If you already have infrastructure you want to keep, we can discuss a managed-on-your-infra arrangement instead.
- Can you host a site you did not build?
- Yes, with a brief technical review first. We need to confirm the stack is one we support and that there are no blocking dependencies. Most standard Next.js, Node.js, or static sites qualify.
- Is there a minimum contract length?
- Three months minimum, then rolling monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. We do not charge a setup fee.
- How does migration work?
- We handle the full migration: DNS cutover, SSL provisioning, smoke testing, and a short parallel-run period where both hosts are live. Typical migration window is a Sunday evening; downtime is under five minutes.
- What is your uptime target?
- We target 99.9% monthly uptime on all plans. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside UK business hours. - How is billing handled?
- Monthly invoice, payable by bank transfer or card. Invoices issued on the first of each month for the period ahead. Pro-rata billing applies in the first month.
