About Northbrik
Northbrik is a UK-hosted platform for teams that sell into local trades. You search and shortlist from live business listings, keep evidence on lead cards in chat, save work to Workspace. Lead-search chat is on Free within fair use; subscribe to Pro for the docked desktop shell, Browser agent, unlimited verified leads, and streamed sessions inside Northbrik OS, where AI agents drive a real browser with approvals before anything sensitive sends. The product is built to turn tasks into execution, not vague suggestions.
The discovery loop is deterministic: UK Places-backed listings feed structured cards, contact fields are checked against listing and DOM-visible detail where possible, and lead scores point back to what you can reopen on the page - so your team argues from evidence, not from a model guessing a phone book. Hosting and the core search pipeline run on infrastructure we operate in the UK; how data is processed is covered in our Privacy Policy.
It is built and operated by Northbrik Systems Ltd, a small London software studio. The studio site is northbrik.com- same team, same office, same direct line as this product.

Northbrik ties together conversational search, a listing-backed Lead Builder, saved leads and notes, lead-search chat on Free, and on Pro optional agent-driven browser sessions (Playwright Chromium streamed into Northbrik OS), plus billing-backed accounts. One stack: find candidates, verify what you can on the page, draft outreach with the same evidence chain, and on Pro run longer tasks where the agent acts step by step behind review gates.
Below is how each surface fits. Together they keep you inside one product narrative - no separate “research bot” that forgets what the listing said, and no silent send queue that bypasses your approval rules where gates are enabled.

Lead search & chat
The /chat surface where you describe trades and geography in plain language and receive Places-backed lead cards with sources you can reopen.
- Structured cards replace prose-only answers so you can compare venues and rerank the shortlist.

Why we built it
From search to sent message, with the platform doing the busy work.
Most teams selling into local trades still juggle spreadsheets, scraped lists, or generic prospecting databases. Northbrik keeps live listings and DOM-grounded contacts in the same thread as your judgement: you describe the hunt, the product returns candidates you can verify, and agents can take on multi-step browser work when you want speed without giving up oversight.
Northbrik is designed for reps who need to defend every phone number on a call. That is why lead cards keep citations to public listings, why scores reference observable signals, and why browser automation stops at approval points instead of pretending the risk does not exist.
The same focus on weak or missing web presence as a practical signal still applies. Ratings, review excerpts, locality, listing freshness, and what you observe in chat or on the page fill in the picture so your team sets the bar for “good enough to call” against your playbook, not a black-box score.
The studio behind it
Built by the same team from brief to production.
Northbrik Systems Ltd is a London software studio that builds bespoke web apps, internal platforms, and integrations for UK companies. Same engineers from brief to launch, and after.
Northbrik is the in house product spun out of that practice: a focused tool for our own outbound, opened up to other UK teams selling into local trades. The same engineers who write your code at the studio write the engine that runs Northbrik, and the same person who answers legal@northbrik.com on a Tuesday morning answers it on a Saturday night.

Joseph leads Northbrik Systems Ltd and Northbrik end to end. Scoping briefs with founders on a Monday, writing the production code on a Thursday, answering the runbook page on a Saturday when it matters. There is no relay layer and no account manager between you and the person who shipped the feature.
Day to day that means pairing the deterministic listings core with agent loops you can audit: citations to public sources, explicit separation between what the listing says and what the model inferred, and approval steps before outbound or risky browser actions rather than silent automation.
The mandate stays narrow. Northbrik is not a general CRM, not a coding assistant, and not an everything-chatbot. It concentrates on UK trades outbound: conversational discovery, verification you can defend on a call, OS-resident agents when you want hands-on execution, and drafting that earns a deeper commercial conversation.

What it is not
- Not a coding assistant. Coding questions are politely declined and redirected to general purpose tools.
- Not a content generator. Northbrik only writes outreach for leads it has surfaced, never essays, blog posts, or arbitrary copy.
- Not a CRM replacement. It runs alongside whatever pipeline you already use; it does not try to be the system of record.
- Not a scraping tool. It uses lawful Places data, never fabricates ratings or reviews, and never invents owner names or claims in outreach copy.
